For Young People

Youth Work at Holy Trinity

At Holy Trinity we want everyone to have the opportunity to be a follower of Jesus and grow in their faith. We are committed to doing all we can to inspire young people to play their full part in the life of the church and the community.

There are a number of ways this takes place: through our youth work programmes; mentoring; through encouraging everyone of all ages to work together and relate well with each other; offering support to families and the provision of Sally Hunter, our youth worker.

There are a growing number of young people at Holy Trinity who demolish cake and biscuits and keep everyone on their toes with their questions! On Sunday mornings in school term time, our Pathfinder group meets during the morning service. This group is for eleven to fourteen year olds.

Our CYFA group, for 14-18 year olds, meets for breakfast during the morning service twice a month and also at 5pm (until 6.15pm) on Sunday evenings. Please check with Sally for up to date times of CYFA meeting.

Young people are also involved in many aspects of church life including playing in the music group, volunteering in children's groups and holiday club, Messy Church and mid week meetings.

All our leaders working with young people have been DBS checked. For more information about these groups please contact Sally, our Youth Worker.
